Yes, I am a Sailor Moon fan XD It was honestly my FIRST anime (my friend was the one who first introduced me to anime and also taught me how to draw anime style XD ). I fell in love with the series, despite the evil dub-ness of DIC's version. I really got caught up in Sailor Moon when my fave sailor of all, Sailor Pluto, was first introduced. And although she played a very minor role when she was introduced in the series at first, I still loved her personality, her overall look and what her job entailed. She's probably the most unique of all the scouts. I was inspired to do some fanart of Pluto after seeing one of my friends on here did a pic of Sailor Saturn (who is prolly my second fave scout XD ). I'm overall proud of this pic, although I really wanted to depict her with her keys on a belt, like the manga style. But when I got close to being finished, I decided that it would be too difficult and was glad with what I produced.

For anyone really interested, this piece was msotly done in traditional. I used copic markers for almost everything on Puu herself, except for the main part of the bows and her eyes, which are a really unique brownish/red so I had to use colored pencils to mix colors to create that. The background was cg added from this website ~> [link] which I just googled images.
